Curriculum Development Assistant 

Overview:
The Curriculum Development Assistant reports directly to the Program Director. She/he designs and develops curriculum content, training materials, training models and assists the Program Director in all aspects of the curriculum development. This internship is either unpaid or paid depending of the level of experience  it can be done for school credit. 
Responsibilities:
Assist the Program Director in:
  1. Develop and review the syllabus and curriculum of the BEC program.
  2. Draft training materials, course deliverable and course survey.
  3. Assist the coaches during the program and provide input to course catalog.
  4. Design procedures of evaluation to ensure that the curriculum is implemented correctly.
  5. Keep track of program development life circle, and update curriculum  according to students’ needs and learning style.
  6. Work on the M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) framework to monitor effectiveness of curriculum and evaluate students’ performance and students' satisfaction.
Qualifications:　
  • Master’s degree (or on-going) in a field related to education, leadership coaching/mentoring, or entrepreneurship training.
  • 1-3 year experience working in education or business training preferred.
  • Capable to do academic research of teaching methods, curriculum design, startups industry, and entrepreneurship skills.  
  • Have strong sensibilities of students’ needs and profound technical skills.
  • Highly initiated, team player with proficient oral and written English skills.    
Commitment:  
part time (around 20 hours a week)
