Human Resource Assistant 

Overview:
BEC is currently looking for highly self-motivated and resourceful professionals who have profound understanding of BEC value and culture, as well as multi-channel recruiting strategies to help BEC capture talented entrepreneurship minds.
This internship is either unpaid or paid depending of the level of experience  it can be done for school credit. 
Responsibilities:
This role involves working directly with BEC employees, co-workers and support the Human Resource team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. setting recruiting process, interview, and employees on-boarding
  2. Complete full circle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer and closure
  3.  Documentary and maintain company and personnel file
  4. Assist Program Director scheduling meeting, preparing facilities and arranging international clients
  5.  Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions
  6. Coordinate with Directors organize training sessions, workshops and activities    
  7. Establish a process to concordant feedback from end of course surveys, and student evaluations into the quality assurance and course maintenance processes.
  8. Organize and lead workshops and info table to promote the program and the BEC mission in local businesses and institutions 

Qualifications: 
  • Master’s degree (or on-going) of business administration, human resources, or related. 
  • 1-3 year experience working in human resource or related field.

  • Capable to work as a fast paced, dynamic role with the requiring ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Fluent Oral and written English skills. 
  • Highly connected with college community in Great Boston area, as well as being active in entrepreneurship area.    
Commitment:  
part time (around 20 hours a week)
